In order to ensure that your order will be on time, we recommend placing an order a month before or at least 2 weeks in advance.

Do you offer complimentary services?

Hera is pleased to offer complimentary services to our customers including: ​ring resizing, 

exclusive personalized engraving, and product care service (jewelry cleaning, inspection & polishing).

All packages are delivered in Hera special packaging. Gift wrapping and gift note also available.

Yes, we are an official GIA retailer.
