We open everyday Mon-Sun from 10:00-18:30. Appointments are recommended. Simply schedule an appointment with us here,

How far in advance should I start the design process?

In order to ensure that your order will be on time, we recommend placing an order a month before or at least 2 weeks in advance.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All packages are delivered in Hera special packaging. Gift wrapping and gift note also available.

Where are your diamonds sourced? Are they conflict-free?

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide. Exclusions apply.

Yes! Our e-gift card offers a wonderful way for your loved one to pick out a gift that suits them perfectly.

 

​​​What is your warranty policy?

Hera Jewelry & Diamonds stands behind the quality of our pieces. We offer a complimentary two-year warranty on all jewelry pieces, including basic repairs, ring resizing,  personalized engraving professional cleaning and polishing, as well as manufacturing defect such as missing pavé stones, broken clasps, and/or broken chain.

 

If your item is no longer under warranty, we are happy to perform maintenance and repairs at an additional fee. Pricing for each service will be clearly marked prior to moving forward.

Jewelry damaged by accident, negligence, excessive wear or abuse, unauthorized service or other factors unrelated to defects in material or workmanship will not be considered under warranty. Jewelry repairs performed by any other jewelers will void this warranty. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.​
